I don't receive emails when subscribing to a topic

It's been like a month that I don't receive emails when I subscribe to a topic.
Whats wrong here?

The email server isn't working since the switch over to a new server.
Set Search Time - A google chrome extension. When you search only results from the past year (or set time period) are displayed. Helps tremendously when using new technologies to avoid outdated results.
